• Town Hall: Space for public debates on current topics
• Multi-Country System: Operation in Panama and Puerto Rico with localized content
• Hot News Detection: Automatic analysis of news from local media (Telemetro, TVN-2, La Prensa, etc.)
• AI Fact-Checking: Analysis of claims using AI (Curio.chat) and scientific knowledge
• Viral Debates: Automatic generation of polarized debates based on current news
• Voting System: Yes/No votes with post-vote comparison and regional statistics
• Image Generation: Automatic creation of images for debates using Together AI

3. Registration and User Accounts

To participate fully, you must:

• Provide truthful information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Select your country (Panama or Puerto Rico) for localized content
• Be at least 13 years of age

4. User Conduct

You commit to:

• Be respectful in discussions, even when disagreeing
• Not post spam, harassment, illegal or hate content
• Not manipulate fact-checking or voting systems
• Not create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Not share personal information of other users
• Not interfere with the technical functioning of the platform

5. Content and Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you publish. By publishing, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content on the platform.

AI-Generated Content: The platform may automatically generate:

• Debates based on current news using virality algorithms
• First comments to start discussions
• Contextual images for debates
• Yes/No poll questions

6. AI Fact-Checking

How It Works: Our verification system uses:

• Curio.chat: AI for claim analysis and evidence search
• Scientific Knowledge: Detection of obviously false claims
• Brave Search API: Real-time source search and verification

Limitations:

• Service is provided "as is" and may not be 100% accurate
• Results are for informational purposes only
• Does not replace critical judgment or professional investigation
• Confidence varies depending on evidence availability

7. News System and Automated Content

News Sources: We automatically monitor the most popular and reputable sources in each country.

Automated Process:

• Detection of hot news through "heat score" algorithms
• Generation of viral debates based on current topics
• Automatic posting according to optimized schedules (8AM, 1PM, 7PM)
• Limit of 7 daily debates per country to maintain quality

8. Data and Analytics

Public Statistics: We show aggregated information such as:

• Voting results by country and region
• Opinion trends by political ideology
• Post-vote comparisons ("X% voted like you")
• Trending debates and recent activity

Engagement Analysis: We use metrics such as:

• Comments per debate (target: >5)
• Voting rate and polarization
• Virality score to predict participation

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Repeatedly violate these terms
• Engage in spam or manipulate systems
• Harass other users
• Post illegal content
• Interfere with technical functioning

10. Limitation of Liability

JustVoteIt is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of AI fact-checking
• Content published by users
• Decisions based on platform information
• Service interruptions or data loss
